Emily Nielson discovered the Davis Dyslexia Correction® Program and techniques in 2009 when her own son was struggling to learn to read. She had pursued many public and private options to help him, and after much searching finally found the Davis® program to be astonishingly effective for him. After touting the program to others for years and administering the techniques at home, Emily decided to become a facilitator and gained her professional license in 2020.
She loves being able to offer the Davis® programs to others who struggle with reading, writing, dyscalculia, and/or ADD. Seeing the newfound confidence, joy, and academic gains of her clients is something that Emily never grows tired of! She finds each client to be uniquely gifted and is always inspired by the intelligence, resilience, and persistence found in each one.
Emily has seven children, many of whom she homeschooled for several years. She loves sports, her current favorite being pickleball. Emily loves people, and helping others learn to bloom into their full potential is truly a privilege.
